Rock Hill, South Carolina

University Center is a 23 acres master planned community in the heart of downtown Rock Hill, SC. This was a public private initiative with the City if Rock Hill, SC in which we were awarded master development rights for a $300 million master planned development which includes 200,000 of office, 500 student housing beds, 115 market rate units, 90 active adult condos, a hotel, retail, and a 160,000 sqft indoor athletic center, and 3 structured parking facilities. As a partner in the project Seacoast was instrumental in securing master development rights and orchestrated negotiation of the master development agreement as well as coordinated historic and South Caroliina Mill credits.
