The Reserve at Sawmill was acquired in 2015 as value add 144 unit apartment community . This was a LIHTC project that was re-purposed to a market rate asset upon expiration of the state housing agreement. As the Managing Member, Mr. Banning orchestrated the purchase with Berkadia and secured a 5 year non-recourse Freddie Mac bridge loan.
