University Edge – Greenville : 144 Unit mixed use mid-rise project consisting of student housing, market rate apartments and 20,000 sqft of commercial and retail. University Edge – Greenville is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, NC and two blocks from East Carolina University. Orchestrated this initiative with the City of Greenville as part of their revitalization efforts and enlisted Hallmark Campus Communities as a development partner. Construction is scheduled to begin April 17′ with completion in June 2018.
